What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website, fuelone.pk, and of the demo request form. Use of the FuelOne platform itself by an Oil Marketing Company, its business customers, and its cardholders is governed by the written agreement between that OMC and Fintectual Pvt Ltd, Rawalpindi ("we", "us"), not by this page.

The website

Modules described as switched on per OMC are enabled by us for each OMC under its agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer.

You may read, link to, and quote from this site. You may not copy it to present as your own, scrape it, or use it to train a model without our written permission.

Demo requests

When you submit the demo request form, you confirm that you are asking on behalf of an OMC or a company evaluating the platform for one, and that the details you enter are yours to give. We will use them to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We may decline a request. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side.

Accuracy

This website describes the platform as it exists on the date shown at the top of this page. If you find a statement that is wrong, tell us at contact@fuelone.pk.

Intellectual property

The FuelOne name, this site, and the platform are ours. An OMC's own name, logo, and card numbers issued from its own IIN remain the OMC's.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We take care that what it says is true on the date shown, and we correct errors we are told about, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current, or available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on it, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or lost data. Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Liability for the platform itself, its availability, and the records it holds is set by the written agreement between each OMC and us, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

The date at the top is the date of the current version.
