Fintectual Pvt Ltd is a software company in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, that builds financial infrastructure for Pakistani businesses: invoicing, ledgers, and FuelOne. FuelOne exists because an Oil Marketing Company that wants a fuel card of its own has had two choices: issue on a bank’s or a card scheme’s numbers, or build the platform itself. FuelOne is the third: the cards on the OMC’s own IIN, the swipe, the invoicing, and the records, run as a tenant under the OMC’s name. It is built for the OMC, not for the fleets and cardholders, who remain the OMC’s customers.
